Some things sell better online than on a driveway
When we sort a house, a few items are worth more to a collector two provinces away than to whoever walks through the door on a Saturday morning. Those go to auction instead.
One client put it plainly: “She also determined when some items might be better sold through auction.” That call is part of the job.
The auction runs alongside the in-person sales — same houses, different route to the right buyer.
